Tuesday the 25th, all sophomores will take the FCAT writing test. The test will run until appx. 9:30, but then afterwards, students will go to all four blocks. This week in Panther country the boys’ wrestling team goes to regionals at St. Cloud. The tournament will be held Feb. 8 and 9, and hopefully the team does well. This upcoming Thursday, Jan. 31, students at Lecanto High School will receive their final grade results for biology, geometry, and algebra 1, including their End-of-Course exam scores. Students have waited since December for these results, and their final grades in these courses will now be calculated on their report cards that will be distributed during a special homeroom. The week of finals have come again to the grounds of Lecanto High School, where students and teachers are cramming and planning for exams on Thursday and Friday. Unlike Lecanto’s first week of finals of the year, students will have half days Thursday and Friday, with dismissal at 11:22 a.m. Monday, Dec.17 Chess Club 2:30-3:30
